After years of work, Colorado will soon have an electronic recycling law! The Colorado House of Reps. passed SB12-133, my “Electronic Recycling Jobs Act” today and to send it to the Governor for his signature. Thanks to legislators on both sides of the aisle and all of the stakeholders for helping to pass this important jobs & healthy communities bill.
